Prototype Training Systems is excited to be offering an in-season training program to the Algonquin girls soccer program beginning 9/26. A continuation of the summer preseason program, transitioning from performance training into maintenance and recovery, and allowing you to continue to compete at your peak performance level all season long — the training methodology will include weight lifting, banded resistance training for muscle activation, plyometric exercises to maintain fast-twitch muscle fibers, and more. An online program offered and delivered through the TrueCoach app to follow along at home will also assist in your day-to-day recovery.
